Site consultation and assessment

• Analyze the installation site
  We will visit your site and determine the installation requirements, discuss charging solutions, and determine the aesthetics of how you would like your charger to look and behave.   
• Develop a specification
  We will develop a full specification for a successful install. The specification will include the materials required for install, specify the required work tasks, and outline any permitting or legal requirements. 
• Full estimate
  Once the assessment is complete we can provide an exact cost for your EV charger installation. We plan the work, and work the plan. 
• If the assessment is done correctly, every nut, screw or bolt will be accounted for. Our provided estimate prior to installation will be laser accurate. 

Installation

• EV Charger installation
  We will install your EV charger to your specification. We will apply for the permits, procure the required materials, and a certified electrician will perform the electrical installation. 
• Depending on the installation requirements, your new charger will require commissioning. Often this will involve the use of a computer, tablet, or smart phone to connect with the charger and define the desired charging parameters. We will also perform these steps to ensure your new system behaves exactly the way you want.  

Inspection
The job is complete when the inspection is passed. Photographs are taken during the install for submission to the electrical inspector. If a site inspection is required, we will meet the inspector at the client site. A passed electrical inspection is the reason to choose a certified professional. With this in mind our goal is to finish strong when it counts the most, and successfully complete the inspection as efficiently as possible. This is where proper planning truly pays!

Tech Support

• EV  Related technology support
  Much less visible than your EV charger hardware is the software that runs it.  We have a wealth of experience dealing with all manner of computerized electrical systems and have a knack for all things software.
• If you need some support with setup, configuration, management or networking for any of your systems then we can help. 
• If you hate the computer stuff and just don't want to deal with it, we can help!

Maintenance

• EV Charger maintenance
  Most EV installations require very little maintenance. There may be requirements however, for locations with multiple EV charger or more complex setups to maintain compliance or data of various sorts.
• We can perform any required EV charger maintenance and maintain the necessary records to help you stay in compliance.
